Daniel A. Crawford has litigated cases in the Superior Courts of at least 14 different California counties, in three of the United States District Courts in California, before U.S. Immigration Courts, before three California district Courts of Appeal, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  He has also represented parties in arbitrations and before the Labor Commissioner.

Mr. Crawford is Of Counsel to the firm. His practice includes business disputes of all nature.  Mr. Crawford always tries to bring a creative and efficient approach to every case—aggressive when appropriate but effective to achieve his client’s goals, most importantly.  Mr. Crawford understands that an experienced litigator can help clients in almost any industry, in almost any type of dispute.  What marks a good attorney from others is judgment and commitment, which Mr. Crawford always strives to apply.

Mr. Crawford received his J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1996, where he was selected for the editorial staff of the American Criminal Law Review and participated in Georgetown’s renown Appellate Litigation Clinic.  He received his B.A. in 1993 from California State University, Los Angeles, with emphases in Political Science and Economics.  He was recognized as a “Rising Star” attorney for several years.
