Ms. Zitser combines extensive courtroom experience and astute negotiating skills with dedication to the advocacy of her clients' interests. She has successfully represented her clients in a broad spectrum of family legal matters, ranging from intricate marital dissolution proceedings involving complex division of marital estate, child custody and financial support, to simple uncontested divorces.

Prior to her admission to the California State Bar, Ms. Zitser was a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, overseeing multi-million dollar realty valuation projects. Her background in finance and real estate present her clients with a distinct advantage in negotiating, structuring, drafting and implementing marital property settlement and cohabitation agreements as well as pre-  and post nuptial contracts.

Ms. Zitser has received a special distinction as Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. She has also been selected and serves as a volunteer Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Superior Court Family Law Department.

In recognition of her many achievements, Ms. Zitser has been distinguished with numerous awards.   Ms. Zitser has been voted a Southern California’s Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars by Law & Politics and Los Angeles magazines for three consecutive years, an honor merited by only 2.5% of Southern California’s lawyers.  Ms. Zitser was also named as one of the Top 25 Lawyers in the San Fernando Valley by The San Fernando Valley Business Journal and was recently named in Forbes Magazine's November 17, 2008 issue as one of the "Ten Most Dependable Family Law Attorneys of the West.
